Wrapped in a woolen World War II blanket for warmth on this chilly autumn morning, I felt so blessed to be 
sitting on Cindy's patio gazing out into the woods dappled in sunlight, listening to the birds, and watching a scampering squirrel gathering goodies for the months ahead --

A fawn was taking a solo walk searching for nibbles in the safety of her speckled oasis as I sank deeper into the contentment of my coziness and renewed appreciation of gentleness and balance.
